Mr. Kibler has been a great landlord. The previous tenants had trashed the house and I was supposed to move within two weeks. His crew was able to install new flooring, repaint and clean before I arrived.

The Kibler team rehabed a broken down rental property, including fixing faulty electrical, complete bathroom remodel, new flooring , interior and exterior painting, and extensive cleaning. We were able to move out of our old apartment into this
completely renovated home before school started.

The Kibler team manages our rental. They perform all of the maintenance themselves and have always responded quickly to all of our repair needs.
